I read the Yelp reviews for Astera before I reached out to them, and the 5-star reviews are spot on! I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive!

George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain...  I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended!

He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update.

I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed.

This is my second experience with Astera and have only the highest praise for this business and the people that work there. From the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes out, everyone is friendly and polite. They're great with communication so you know when their techs are coming out. Our Sub-Zero fridge was throwing error codes which they diagnosed and repaired a faulty board. The work was done right and Alex explained everything afterwards. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company and employees! Rebuilt a brand new furnace installed by someone else, redid air intakes, humidifiers, disposal, broken freezer. Constant communication and always on time
I'm so happy I found them! They even provided a rebate for taxes which the original installer wouldn't.

I recently had both the heat and hot water go out. I have an old boiler that needed several new parts but otherwise works fine. They recommended regular maintenance but unlike other HVAC companies don't try to sell you a new, much more expensive system. If you appreciate a company that will just fix your problem without upselling you, I would recommend Astera. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. found Astera Heating, Cooling and Appiances from a Google search.  Their reviews were nothing but positive so I hired them to work on my boiler.  The office staff was kind and professional.  The service technician is extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough job on our repair.  The interaction from start to finish was professional and efficient.  I am adding my positive review to the reviews out on the internet.  I would recommend this company for your Heating and Cooling needs.
