Val was extremely professional and helpful. He was upfront with the total cost, came back same day with the needed parts, worked to find the best price for the parts saving me money, and made recommendations for future trade-in service on a humidifier. I contacted Astera because I was not getting any heat in my baseboard heating system on the first floor of my home. Upon emailing them I received a response within the same day as well as numerous options for a in-home appointment and service. So they sent  Steven who is one  of the technicians for HVAC. Upon talking with him as well as inspecting the boiler in my basement he immediately came up with a plan. Steven spent a lot of time making sure I understood about what happened and why I was not getting any heat. He discussed with me what needed to be done and he made sure I understood. He completed all of the required work and I was very happy with the money that I spent for my total repair. This is the third time I have used Astera for issues in my home as well as my sister's home. I have been so happy with the service that I receive from Astera and will definitely continue to use them down the road.
